My name is Neika and I am qualified in Natural Lift Face Massage & Indian Head Massage.

I am passionate about the importance of self-care and the positive impact Holistic treatments can have on our mind and bodies.

Our fast-paced lives can quite often take over and if we don’t take time out for ourselves, the stress we carry can take its toll on our mental and physical health and wellbeing.

I have always been fascinated by the power of nature and have a holistic approach to all aspects of life. I truly believe there is so much we can do ourselves to improve our mental and physical health.

When we receive a massage, our body releases our Natural ‘feel good’ chemicals called Endorphins. These chemicals trigger a positive feeling, boosting your mood naturally. Massage can also release other hormones like adrenaline, serotonin, and dopamine. These hormones work together increasing feelings of happiness and positivity.

I offer an inviting space for you to take some time out for yourself, slow down, relax and switch off. My goal is for you to leave feeling relaxed, pampered and with and enhanced sense of wellbeing.

My love of herbal remedies, essential oils and natural skincare led me to train with Formula Botanica in 2019 where I gained certification in Organic Skincare formulation. I use this knowledge to create unique botanical oil blends which I use during treatment to enhance your experience and nourish your skin. I only ever use Natural & Organic oils and specifically choose ingredients that will not clog your pores.
